Commissions:

Due to the fragile nature of my glass art - each piece is hand delivered to the recipient, using a specialist art courier company. Destinations outside of the UK will need a custom create built to protect the artwork on the journey.

Delivery times vary depending on destination.

I will oversee the entire process, however the client will be responsible for the cost of delivery, which will be invoiced separately.

Prints

My prints are specially made to order, however, your satisfaction is paramount:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created with a personal touch, tailored specifically to your requests and preferences. As such, all sales of commissioned artwork are final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on these unique pieces.

Rest assured, throughout the creation process, I will maintain open communication to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
